August 8 polls were transparent, free, fair and credible – HASSAN JOHO shocks RAILA ODINGA

...the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

The Mombasa Governor further charged that the petition, which questions his election to the exclusion of his Deputy, was defective since it seeks to split the process contrary to the Constitution.

“The election of Governor and his Deputy are inseparable, indivisible and the election of one cannot be questioned to the exclusion of the other,” Joho said in response.

Joho’s response comes even as his NASA boss, Raila Odinga, maintains that the August 8th General Elections were not free, fair and transparent and that IEBC bungled the entire process.

  1. DESPITE JOHO'S BITTER DIFFERENCE WITH UHURU, HE IS A LIVING WITNESS THAT THE ELECTIONS WERE FREE AND FAIR. IF THEY HAD BEEN COMPROMISED, OMAR HASSAN WOULD HAVE BEEN GOVERNOR. THERE'S SOMETHING THAT HAS MADE ME LIKE JOHO. EVER SINCE HE CLINCHED BACK HIS GOVERNORSHIP, IT SEAMS AS IF HIS TEMPERATURES AGAINST UHURU HAVE CHANGED. TRUTH IS JUST DAWNING IN HIM THAT HE HAS BEEN FIGHTING A BATTLE ON AN INNOCENT PRESIDENT. THUMBS UP JOHO.

  2. Yes and Raila also sued uhuru seperately and left out ruto. So how is this ODM/naswa operating
