See the PRESIDING OFFICERS that were arrested while trying to rig the Tuesday election

Friday August 11, 2017-Three Presiding Officers were yesterday arrested in Trans Nzoia while trying to rig the elections in favour of their preferred candidate.

The three Wellington Papako, Michael Wekesa and Benson Senda were arrested by the police for engaging in various electoral malpractices geared towards rigging the elections.


This comes barely 2 days after 4 other IEBC officials were arrested in Muranga, Malindi, Changamwe for electoral misconduct.

In Muranga, two IEBC clerks were arrested for being involved in a scheme to change the names of Polling Clerks in Kandara Constituency Polling Station with a view of using the new Clerks to rig the election.

In Changamwe, Kennedy Mulwa was arrested after he was caught red-handed handing Senator and MP ballot papers to select voters on the queue who are friendly to them to vote double.
