Blow to RAILA as IEBC says it will use UHURU’s ‘firm’ to print ballot papers - We won’t re-tender

..the Presidential ballot papers as directed by the court.

Instead, the commission said it will wait for the Appeals’ Court to determine if the High Court was right to cancel the tender given to Al Ghurair.

The commission noted that it will stick to Al Ghurair to print the ballots if the Court of Appeal overturns the High Court ruling.

“The learned judges erred in fact when they found that there is still time available to the appellant to procure election material without any factual basis, and disregarding the professional assessment of the appellant,” IEBC said.

  1. Lets wait for the Court of Appeal to give the verdict. The Hon. Judges are also Kenyans. If they want to throw this country to the dogs, fine. I expect to vote on 8th August 2017 without fail to elect my preferred President.Period.
Personally I suspected Raila is up to something nasty when he started fighting the former IEBC led by Hassan. Now we have a new commission and he is still whining. My worry is the Judiciary that has taken sides. My God intervene.
