KDF receives 6 Bell Huey helicopters from the U.S Government worth Ksh 11b (PHOTOs)

Friday, December 2, 2016 - The U.S Government has donated six military helicopters worth Sh 11b to the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) to help in the war against terror.

This is the single largest donation to a foreign country in sub Saharan Africa according to US Ambassador to Kenya Robert Godec.


"This is will help in our joint efforts to fight Al Shabaab.  US will remain steadfast partner in fighting terrorism and radicalisation," he said.
On her part, Defence CS Raychelle Omamo who received the Bell Huey helicopters at the Laikipia Airbase said:

"They will play a significant role in complex operations by our forces especially in the Somalia theatre. It is an exceptional force multiplier for KDF.”

This is part of a pledge made by President Barack Obama in boosting security in the region.

Kenya is slowly becoming a chokora country courtesy of Uhuru.This are scrap metals with a propeller installed with a spyware to check on military activities by CIA.Kenya's military has become a dumpsite for China and USA scrap metals instead of disposing them of to terrorists.As anon 04:31 said,This things are bound to crash like monkeys.The helicopter used by the head of state(Uhuru) is rusted as you take a close look at it and the military should be warning the president not to use it and instead by a new one.
