He said the programme launched by the Jubilee Government dubbed the “Access to Government Procurement Opportunities popularly known as AGPO”, which gives 30% of Government procurement jobs to women, youth and persons with disability, was meant for people like Uhuru’s sister, who are disadvantaged by virtue of being women.
“We do not differentiate who in the three categories is disadvantaged.”
“As it stands, all of them are disadvantaged and have a right to do business with Government,” Rotich said.
Nyokabi and Kihanya have been implicated in the sh5 billion scandal at the Ministry of Health and Kenyans are not too happy about it.
