Friday, November 4, 2016 - National Youth Service (NYS) chief suspect, Josephine Kabura, is guarded 24 hours after she told the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) that her life is in danger.
According to MPs, who attended the session which was in camera, Kabura requested Parliament to be accorded security round the clock because former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Miss Anne Waiguru, may exterminate her.
Following her request, PAC chairman, Nicholas Gumbo, ordered the Inspector General of Police, Joseph Kabura, to accord Kabura 24 hours security at her home and also one police officer to be accompanying her everywhere she goes.
On Tuesday, Kabura proved that she had the potential to throw the high and mighty under bus.
Sources said Kabura told the committee in camera that the billions she was receiving from Devolution Ministry she was giving to Waiguru‘s sister, Loise Mbarire.
