After looting 5 billion at Afya, UHURU’s nephew forms team to traverse the country doing this

Thursday November 3, 2016 - President Uhuru Kenyatta’s nephew, Nick Kayu Muigai, has launched a team to traverse the country sanitizing the President in regard to the many corruption scandals be-devilling his administration, and educating Kenyans on how they can benefit from the Jubilee Government projects.

Muigai led a number of well-connected youthful professionals in launching the group dubbed ‘The Grand Team’ at its headquarters in the exclusive suburb of Kitisuru on Sunday.

The group lauded Uhuru for creating immense opportunities for young people and asked Kenyans to support him in 2017.

“During our tours, we will seek to obtain feedback from the people as we show them the opportunities that are available hence empowering the communities through what the Government has been doing,” said Anthony Mwamburi, one of the group’s directors.

“We will also play the role of lobbying the Government for the empowerment of the youths and women to be able to benefit from different projects. During our tours, we will collect data on what ought to be done to ensure the projects benefit the local communities,” he added.

Apart from educating Kenyans, The Grand Team will work to preserve the legacy of President Kenyatta after he leaves office.

This comes even as Uhuru’s relatives have been implicated in the looting of sh5 billion at the Ministry of Health.
