Kakamega is UHURU/ RUTO’s stronghold – Leaders warn RAILA and his CORD brigade

... region has unanimously decided to support the ruling Government and the re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2017.

The claims come days after a section of Western Kenya MPs declared their frustrations in ODM party.

The leaders who expressed their frustrations included Paul Otuoma (Funyula), Ababu Namwamba (Budalangi), John Waluke (Sirisia), Andayi Andola (Khwisero), Chris Omulele (Luanda), S. Kedogo (Vihiga county), Anami Lisamula (Shinyalu) and Wilbur Ottichilo (Emuhaya).

They accused Kakamega Governor, Wycliffe Oparanya, of being a bully who frustrated them and wrongly profiled them as moles and disloyal to the party.

  2. I would like to believe that a fair and balanced political assessment in a place like the Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Vihiga and Kisii Counties to mention but a few. The reality from a none partisan perspectivevis that modt if not all the mentioned above, is that none of the key political caoalitions can claim to have an entire county behind them. There is definitely going to be a split harvest of votes in the 2017 elections. What we can't deny at this stage is that this elections is seriously tribalized just as past elections have been. The country is far from centering presidential and other level elections on ideological differences and service to the citizens and the country in general. The voters too have not been socialized enough to appreciate their civil duty to carefully weigh personal and community interests against what is good and right for our country Kenya. Unfortunately a good count of our politicians at across board have no capacity to think this way and this includes the party leadership.

  3. KEYA ISNOT ACOUNTY LEADER BUT ACOUNTY REJECTS. WE VOTED HIM OUT 2013 AND HE HAS NO AUTHORITY TALK LIKE THAT.
