... death of Ntimama, Njoroge surprised the nation when he went to court to stop the burial of the veteran politician, claiming that he was his biological father.

But High Court Judge, Joseph Onguto, spared the politician’s family some drama at the time when he declined to grant even temporary orders stopping the funeral arrangements.


However, Ntimama’s family lawyer, Mark Ngatia and Omwanza Ombati, said the case ought to be struck out since it had been taken to court after 60 years and was hence malicious.

The case will be heard on December 20.
