Could this be our next EACC boss after PHILIP KINISU? UHURU likes him very much

Sunday October 30, 2016 - The process to pick the next chairman of the troubled Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has kicked off in earnest with the Public Service Commission (PSC) shortlisting candidates for the position.

Making the announcement on its website, PSC shortlisted six candidates for the position, among them former ACK Archbishop, Eliud Wabukala.

PSC invited Wabukala and five others for interviews on 17th of November at the commission’s house.

Others include William Kirwa, Philemon Mwaisaka, Peter Ondieki, Rose Osoro and Erastus Rweria.

However, sources close to power have intimated that Wabukala could be the next EACC boss because he is President Uhuru Kenyatta’s favourite man for the job.

After his retirement in June 2016, Uhuru termed Wabukala as the greatest church leader in the country and Jubilee has since been courting him.

It now remains to be seen who will emerge the best in the interview.
