“Whether they pick Wanjiru, Sonko, Sakaja or any other candidate for Jubilee candidate, we will have to respect the people’s decision,” Uhuru said on Monday.
After the lecture, Uhuru allegedly appointed Stahere MP, Maina Kamanda, to lead the party in reconciling the Jubilee aspirants for the Nairobi’s top seat.
Speaking yesterday, Dagoretti South MP, Dennis Waweru, confirmed that the President instructed Kamanda to lead the reconciliation process to ensure Jubilee goes into the 2017 election as one united party.
