This is what ALAI said after BAHATI sat on the President’s “throne” at Kasarani.

... this is 2016 and not 1916 when leaders were drunk in power and so Bahati seating on the President’s “throne” is not a big issue.

Here’s what he posted;

So Raila complained about toilets and red carpets and you insulted him for being petty and taking some stupid things like seats, toilets and carpets seriously.

Today the same group wants to tell you that Uhuru shouldn't have allowed Bahati to remove him from his chair (read: throne).

Uhuru is campaigning. Trying to demystify the presidency. It's during Uhuru's time that you even go to some events and don't see the aide de camp so close by.

There are young dreamers who are strongly inspired by what you call "stupid acts."

Obama is the most powerful President in the world. He doesn't roam around with some chair with "Seal of the US President." Meaningless stuff shouldn't be taken seriously.

I don't see anything wrong with the move. This is 2016 not 1916.
