He now wants the court to allow him extract tissue specimen from Ntimama’s body to enable him conduct a DNA test to affirm his claims that the deceased is his father.
He also wants the court to issue temporary injunctions stopping the local Chief in Kilimani area from issuing a burial permit and Lee Funeral Home barred from releasing the body of Ntimama for burial.
In his affidavit, Kariuki claims tthat he learnt from his late mother in 1998 that he is a son to Ntimama after enquiring about his father’s whereabouts but was afraid to come out for fear of being rejected by his extended family.
