Caught on Camera: LIVONDO pleads with delegates from Busia over money at Uhuru Park.

Sunday, September 11, 2016 - President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy, William Ruto launched the Jubilee Party at Moi Sports Center Kasarani amid pomp and color.

However, it seems some delegates who traveled from all over the country to attend the grand launch didn't get their end of the bargain.

This video shows Stanley Livondo pleading with Jubilee delegate from Busia after they refused to attend the Kasarani launch and support Eugene Wamalwa.

They claimed that they had not been paid but Livondo promised that he would pay them after the launch.

On Friday, the delegates protested receiving Sh 3, 000 instead of the Sh 20,000 promised and it took the intervention of Deputy President William Ruto to restore calm.

Ruto said, “Small problem of payments will be solved… We are not just a party, we are also the Government.”
