MBUGUA wants his late wife WAMBUI OTIENO’s wealth and his step daughters to recognize him as DAD.

Sunday March 17, 2013 - The battle over the division and administration of the estates of the late freedom fighter Wambui Otieno is headed for the High Court.

This is after the husband to the late Wambui, Mr. Peter Mbugua filed the matter at the High Court against his two step daughters Gladwell Otieno and Rosalyna Otieno objecting their move to administer Wambui’s estate without him.

According to Mbugua, his wife was not in her full state of mind when she was writing the will in which her two daughters are alleged to be the sole administrators.

He says the will Gladwell presented to the court was not valid since Wambui did not sign it.
The will was allegedly signed two months before Wambui died on August 30th 2011.

Furthermore, Mbugua called on her step daughters to recognize him as their dad since he married their mother.

Mbugua’s love affairs with Wambui hit headlines back in 2003 when people including Mbugua’s mother strongly objected to their marriage due the age differences.

Wambui was 67 years old when he married Mbugua who was then only 29 years.
