Friday February 8, 2013 - Jubilee coalition Presidential flag bearer
Uhuru Kenyatta has promised to ensure peace even if he loses the March 4th general
election.
Addressing his supporters at Kaloleni grounds in Kitale during a series
of rallies on Thursday, Uhuru said the aim of Jubilee coalition is to bring all
communities together because the nation is more important than individuals.
“Whether we take the next government or not we will ensure there is
peace in the country,” Uhuru said.
In his promises to Trans Nzoia County residents, Uhuru promised farmers
that a Jubilee government will provide subsidised fertilizer and seeds to improve
agriculture.
“Agriculture will be one of our priorities as jubilee if we take the
government. We is seeking your support to help us take the next government,” he
said.
On land issue, Uhuru accused his CORD rivals for criticising him over land,
saying he inherited the land from his late father Mzee Jomo Kenyatta and those who
think he acquired it illegally should take him to court.
Uhuru termed CORD’s Presidential candidate Raila Odinga a dictator
saying his leadership has seen all pentagon members abandon him.
