Nation Media Group under attack again….QFM’s Massawe Jappani QUITS

Media Group is yet again under attack but this time it’s QFM that is at a loss.
Yesterday the vocal and one of the
most celebrated radio presenters Massawe Jappani handed her resignation abruptly
and it is still not clear why the talent quit or where she is headed but its
official she has left the radio station.
Her departure will cripple the
station which is struggling to stand on its feet given the competition in the
industry.
Massewe is arguably the most listened
to Swahili presenter in the afternoon with her show Q-Drive which engages
listeners with day to day issues affecting the society. Her fans will surely miss
her \.
Her co-host Kazungu Matano a.k.a.
Awinja was saddened by the news and wrote on his facebook page and we quote:
She gave me a
reason to look forward to beautiful afternoons….now I’ii have to work on new
energy. I pray I will. I will forever miss you Massawe Jappani. All the best in
whatever you undertake. I mean it. God bless you.
She has been working at the media
house for the past four years and a half.
