Citizen TV’s Papa Shirandula celebrating his 50th birthday

Friday, 14/09/2012 - Citizen’s TV lead actor in Papa Shirandula will be hitting the
golden age next week. Charles Bukeko aka Papa Shirandula will be turning 50
years old next week.
He says that he did
not know that he had grown that old. Apparently, his mother called to remind
him. Papa had to check his ID card just to be sure that he was indeed getting
to 50.
Papa was born on
September 17. He says that he thanks God for making him get this far as few are
able to hit their 50 in this generation. He is additionally grateful to God for
enabling him get this far and be successful in his career.
He says that though
he is turning 50, he thinks that he looks like he is 30 and actually feels like
he is 21 years old.
Shirandula became a
man to reckon with after he endorsed Cocacola and did the ‘mmbrrrchaa..’ ad. He
travelled around the globe and once he landed back, he began the show that has
grown talents such as Jalango, Otos, Mama Naliaka, Njoro and Kawira.
